We emphasize movement and mindfulness techniques that combat pain, fatigue and burnout associated with sitting in front of a screen for long periods of time.

Based in the NYC area, we work with CEOs and HR Reps to offer on-site weekly sessions in open floors or conference rooms. No work out clothes or yoga mats necessary. With our programs your team will learn how to be more productive, healthier, and happier at work and beyond.
