Through mindfulness training, chair yoga and meditation sessions, the Waking Practice programs are specifically tailored to reset and reinvigorate the modern office worker. Based in the NYC area, we work with CEOs and HR Reps to offer on-site weekly sessions in open floors or conference rooms. No work out clothes or yoga mats necessary. Our aim is to teach your team how to be more productive, healthier, and happier at work.
